Targeting a competitive season
State rep, NPL, scholarship trials, or a serious club season. 26 weeks of periodised work runs across the full competitive arc - pre-season into in-season into finish.
Long-term progression
Players whose development sits over years, not weeks. 26 weeks is enough time to genuinely change physical conditioning, technique consistency, and decision speed.
Best per-session value
$55 per session is the lowest rate we offer - 45% cheaper than 1-on-1 Tune Up. The trade-off is depth of commitment, but the value compounds across the season.
Full-season structure.
26 weeks isn't 26 sessions stacked on top of each other - it's a season plan with phase transitions, regular reassessments, and load management around your club commitments.
- 01
Periodised across a full season
Pre-season build, in-season sharpen, in-season management, finish + retest. Each phase has a distinct intensity, drill focus, and goal. This is what makes 26 weeks more than half a year of random training.
- 02
Quarterly reassessments
Week 6, 12, 18, 26. Same metrics, measured against baseline. Every quarter the plan recalibrates - what worked carries forward, what didn't gets replaced.
- 03
Club-load awareness
In-season weeks calibrate intensity around your club training and match schedule. We don't pile load on load - the session adapts to where you sit on the week.
- 04
Mental performance work
Total 90 is the only block that explicitly carves out time for in-game decision-making, composure under pressure, and resilience coaching. Mental performance is built into the phase plan, not bolted on.
- 05
Injury prevention check-ins
Mobility, movement screening, and load-flag check-ins every 4-6 weeks. The block is long enough that injury prevention has to be part of the design - not a footnote.
Four quarters. One season.
Weeks
01-06
Pre-season build
Baseline assessment, foundation conditioning, high-volume technique work. The bedrock weeks - what gets built here carries the rest of the season.
Weeks
07-18
In-season sharpen
12 weeks of match-pressure work running alongside your competitive matches. Intensity calibrates to your club load. Mid-quarter reassessments at weeks 12 + 18.
Weeks
19-23
In-season management
The deep stretch of the competitive season. Sessions focus on recovery work, position-specific sharpening, and managing accumulated fatigue. This is where most players burn out without a plan - the phase exists to prevent that.
Weeks
24-26
Finish + retest
Final taper into season's end. Week 26 is a full retest against the baseline from week 1. Then we map the next season - another Total 90, an Off-Season Conditioning block, or a Game Changer through a transition window.

Total - 13 sessions
The discount tier runs as a 13-week half-season block at the lower per-session rate, rather than the full 26-week standard duration. Same drill quality, denser commitment window. Most discounted players run two 13-week blocks back-to-back to cover a full season.
