Got a club trial or rep selection coming up. Five sessions is enough to fix the one thing holding you back - first touch, weak foot, decision speed - without distractions.

Every minute, on you.

No group plan, no shared drills. The session is built around what you need that week. Sessions adapt as you progress - what you do in session 4 looks different to session 1, because you do.

    Technical ability, decision-making, conditioning. You leave with a clear read on where you sit and what the next four sessions will target.

    Position-specific drill plan

    Sessions 2 to 4 work the specific weakness. Different content for a winger than a centre-back. Real positional context, not generic ball work.

    Direct feedback every rep

    No waiting your turn. Every touch is coached. You'll hear corrections in real time, not after the fact.

    Drills set up to mimic the exact moments that decide games - one-touch finish under pressure, defensive recovery, transition speed.

    Measurable change between session 1 and session 5. We retest the same metrics so you can see the movement. Then we talk about what's next.

A note on the discount tier

Private 1-on-1 sits at standard pricing only. Sibling and West Point Soccer Club discounts apply to the Small Unit Tune Up ($55/session for discounted, $65/session for standard) - same drill structure, different format.

04 · Common questions

Before you book.

How is private 1-on-1 different from the Small Unit Tune Up?
1-on-1 means one player and one coach for the full hour. Every rep gets feedback, the drill plan adapts to that specific player session by session, and there's no peer dynamic to share attention with. Small Unit (2-6 players) is closer to club training, costs less per session, and builds match-pressure habits through pair drills.
Can I book individual sessions instead of the 5-pack?
The Tune Up is sold as a 5-session block because real change takes more than one session - the first session is an assessment, the middle three target the weakness, and the fifth retests. Individual one-off sessions are available on request, just ask when you get in touch.
Can I extend past the 5 sessions?
Yes. Most players who finish the Tune Up either book another 5-pack or roll into a Game Changer 13-week block. By session 5 we have a clear picture of what to work on next - extending is a conversation, not a re-assessment.
Where do private sessions run?
Our home training venue is West Point Soccer Club in Melbourne's west. Exact field allocation is confirmed when you book.
