13 weeks. One trajectory. Measurable change.
A half-season block built around periodised development. Weeks 1-2 baseline, weeks 3-8 build, weeks 9-12 sharpen, week 13 retest. The block players choose when they want serious mid-term improvement, not a quick fix.

Built for the half-season project.
Targeting a comp window
Junior comp, club season, rep selection coming up in 3 to 6 months. 13 weeks is enough to peak inside that window - assess, build, sharpen, retest.
Stepping up from a Tune Up
Finished the 5-pack Tune Up and want depth. 13 weeks gives the time for periodised work, mid-block reassessment, and skills that hold under real competitive load.
Juniors stepping up
Junior players preparing for senior football, harder competition, or rep teams. 13 weeks bridges where the player is to where the next level needs them to be.
Periodised, not random.
13 weeks of weekly sessions is enough time to build a real periodisation plan - high-volume technique early, match-pressure work mid-block, sharpening before retest. Each week builds on the last with a clear arc.
- 01
Full assessment + written baseline
Week 1-2 is a deep dive into technical, tactical, and physical metrics. You leave with a written baseline that the rest of the block measures against.
- 02
Periodised 13-week plan
Build, sharpen, retest. Each phase has a different drill density, different intensity, different focus. This is what makes 13 weeks more than 13 disconnected sessions.
- 03
Mid-block reassessment
Week 7 we stop and measure. If something's working, we double down. If something's not, we course-correct before the back half of the block.
- 04
Position-specific work
A striker doesn't need the same drills as a centre-back. The block plan adapts to position - finishing scenarios for forwards, defensive recovery for backs, distribution for wide players.
- 05
Week 13 retest + roadmap
Same drills, same metrics as week 1. Tangible, measurable change. Then we map what's next - another Game Changer, off-season conditioning, or step up to the Total 90.
Four phases. One arc.
Weeks
01-02
Baseline phase
Technical, tactical, physical screen. Position read. Written assessment. You finish week 2 knowing exactly where you sit and what the block will target.
Weeks
03-07
Build phase
High-volume technique. Targeted drilling of the weaknesses surfaced in baseline. Physical conditioning ramps. This is the bedrock - it isn't flashy, but it's where everything else gets built on.
Week
07
Mid-block reassessment
Halfway checkpoint. We measure against the baseline. Plan adjusts for the back half if something needs more or less attention.
Weeks
08-12
Sharpen phase
Match-pressure scenarios. The same techniques now under defender, time, and decision pressure. This is where game-day transfer happens - players start seeing the work show up in their actual matches.
Week
13
Retest + roadmap
Same drills, same metrics as week 1. Tangible, measurable change. Then we talk about what's next - another Game Changer for depth, or step up to the Total 90 for full-season structure.

Per session
Total - 5 sessions
The discount tier runs as a 5-session block at the lower per-session rate, rather than the full 13-week standard duration. Same drill quality, denser commitment window. Most discounted players run two 5-packs back-to-back for full-season depth.
